JLP transformation of Beaumont Road Estate continues
Redevelopment of two viaduct sites is the latest phase in replacing tower blocks and other worn out housing in Leyton. JLP have started work on 25 brand new 2- and 3-bed apartments on the two sites.
L&Q has awarded the work to JLP following our work on Phases 1-3 across Beaumont Road Estate. The new housing replaces the former Beaumont Arms Pub situated along Beaumont Road and the Combined Heat and Power Plant opposite it in Shelley Court.
The scheme will comply with Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 with 10% renewables, featuring Nibe Fighter Exhaust Air Source Heat Pumps.
