JLP wins Lewisham contract with London & Quadrant
We are pleased to announce that L&Q has awarded its Nightingale Grove contract to John Laing Partnership.
JLP will develop the scheme comprising of 62 flats with some commercial units located in Lewisham, SE13. The contract is worth around £5.6 million. We take possession of the site in January and are looking for a physical start on site around March.
Well done to all staff involved in the tender process and we look forward to further successes in the near future.
