JLP has worked for the affordable housing sector since the late 1980’s. Throughout this period we have developed our skills base and evolved our expertise to respond to the changing industry demands.

Experience of design and build, refurbishment, estate regeneration and mixed use development are all supported by our ability to bring cross subsidy through mixed tenure development, provided by our private sale subsidiary Intro Homes. Added value brought through tailored training initiatives, uniquely positions us to deliver comprehensive solutions in regeneration.
Having built over the years using construction forms including Reinforced Concrete Frame, Brick and Block, Timber Frame and specialist Aerated Concrete, providing solutions to contaminated and difficult to build ‘brownfield’ sites we believe we can demonstrate our experience in tackling all housing challenges efficiently and safely.
